We purchased Canadian CH “Tony” from Jan Carr in Canada as an adult. Tony is a handsome dark red brindled miniature longhair. We snapped this photo as we were driving down Highway 1 near Monterey, California.
Waldi was handled to his AKC Championship by Ric Plaut, PHA. And as you can see Ric wore his “lucky” plaid jacket on the day that Waldi finished at Silver State Kennel Club, April 8, 2007 under judge Mrs. Mary Ellen Compagnon. As soon as we saw Ric come out of his rig that morning wearing THAT jacket we all knew we would have a winner that day! Waldi is the first champion for Barbara and the first “home-bred” champion for Sue. Waldi is now being trained for Rally and other performance events.
Wilburrr earned his AKC Championship from the Bred By Exhibitor Class. The photo shows him taking his last points at Black Mountain Kennel Club October 16, 2011. The judge is Dr. James Sillers.
CH “Willow” went off to Alaska as a puppy to live with Tami & Nicole Flanders. Willow is a red sable dappled miniature longhair. Shows are few and far between in Alaska and we were thrilled to get the message from Tami when Willow had earned her Championship! We have one of Willow’s daughters, DOXN DAZE NUFOREST NITEZ ML who we hope will someday follow in her dam’s paw-steps and be a Champion too!
Hellowitzig is the closest German translation of Hi Smarty that we could find and it fits CH “Ziggy” perfectly. Ziggy is pictured at Eagle Rock Kennel Club, Friday, June 13, 2003, being awarded Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Variety. The judge is Mr. Guy Jeavons of Canada. Bill, under the cowboy hat is handling Ziggy to this nice win.
