Obedience & Tracking Titles
- CDΒ β Companion Dog (the first of several Obedience Titles)
- CDXΒ β Companion Dog Excellent (the second level of Obedience Titles)
- OTChΒ β Obedience Trial Champion (requires CD, CDX, and UD; very competitive)
- UDΒ β Utility Dog (one of the highest obedience titles)
- UDXΒ β Utility Dog Excellent (even higher than UD)
- TDΒ β Tracking Dog (following a scent trail)

Anatomy & Conformation Terms
- CroupΒ β Area of the back directly above the hind legs
- ElbowΒ β Joint of the forearm and upper arm
- ForearmΒ β Portion of the front leg from elbow to pastern
- HarefootΒ β An elongated oval paw, similar to a hareβs foot
- HockΒ β Joint between the second thigh and metatarsus on hind legs
- KeelΒ β Projecting line along the center of the chest and bottom of the rib cage
- Knuckling OverΒ β Double-jointed wrist that bends under weight; may include protruding bone
- LoinΒ β Side areas between ribs and hindquarters
- MetatarsusΒ β Part of the hind foot
- StifleΒ β Hind leg joint, similar to a human knee
- StopΒ β Where the skull and nose meet
- ThoraxΒ β Breastplate; cavity where heart and lungs lie
- Tuck UpΒ β Shallowness at the loin giving the appearance of a waist
